The Level of Knowledge of the Market and Ms Diaz to LISTEN TO HER CLIENTS is AMAZING! Ms Diaz listens and then searches for the ideal home within our means. Plus gave us input on the area like Shops, Restaurants, location of beaches and educated on how to research the area on our own within the area we wished to be and all the amenities that the HOA have to offer, which in Florida HOA’s (Home Owners Associations) are very common.
