My husband and I came into Naples looking for our second home and within 24 hours of meeting Jessica, she had 10 homes lined up for us to see the following day. Home hunting is a daunting, all day process, but she made it fun and interesting, recommending some new places to eat and sharing family stories, really personalizing our experience. The Level of Knowledge of the Market and Ms Diaz to LISTEN TO HER CLIENTS is AMAZING! Ms Diaz listens and then searches for the ideal home within our means. Plus gave us input on the area like Shops, Restaurants, location of beaches and educated on how to research the area on our own within the area we wished to be and all the amenities that the HOA have to offer, which in Florida HOA’s (Home Owners Associations) are very common.
