I would recommend Jessica as a Realtor for helping you find your home 1000%. She went above and beyond for me and my girls. As a single parent it was far from my mind to purchase a home and a new construction home at that. I appreciated that she stayed in my budget she did not try and push me for something i couldn't afford or was not convenient for me, she always took in consideration if it was close to my two young daughters school and my job. At first me and Jessica looked at resale homes and i liked them all but she saw i was 100 percent sold on them then she introduced me to a builder, because she knew as a single parent and my budget i would eventually have to repair things etc. so she didn't want me to be concerned and stressed in that area we went to look at a model home and i instantly fell in love and she knew it was perfect for me because it was a new build. I wouldn't have to worry about re- buying appliances or water heaters and i could start fresh with my kids and the most important thing it was something i could afford! Today we are home and so obsessed with everything. Jessica truly cares about her clients and she has such an awesome personality that gets you excited for the whole process she was there the day i thought about purchasing a home to the day i closed. If you are looking for the best realtor in SWFL you need her by your side!

Jessica went above and beyond helping me sell 2 of my mom's homes in Cape Coral. I could not have sold 2 houses, while living out of town, so quickly if not for Jessica. Jessica did whatever was necessary to make the sales go through. She met inspectors, appraisers, and contractor. She even rolled up her sleeves and swept out the house after we moved the furniture out. I would use Jessica again if I had real estate needs in her area. HIGHLY RECOMMEND HER.
